Please enter the following information when creating a new order:
- Title: supplier + product group
- Shipping: air or sea freight
- Number of packages: estimated number of packages/collo
- Price: including VAT
- Additional options: select any additional options
- Confirm and invoice;confirm and upload your invoice(s) underAttachmentsin the order.

4. Pay – Choose: pay in advance or pay upon pickup.

5. Pickup – After customs clearance, you can pick up the shipment at the pickup point.

This is not a problem for shipping. Make sure that the "reclaim VAT" box is not checked when creating the new order. If you have selected this option and cannot change it back, please contact us using the response form in your order.

Please note that without a VAT invoice, VAT cannot be refunded, which means that the VAT paid cannot be offset against transport costs.

What are the costs?

Using the shipping calculator, you can see exactly what the costs are for your shipment under 1000 liters/1m3 and get an indication of the local costs.

For shipments larger than this volume, you can use the costs in the shipping calculator as an indication, but it is usually cheaper to request a quote via "Shipment larger than 1000 L / 1 m3."

Please note that local costs are always an indication, as customs at each destination has the final say.

Are there additional costs for non-standard sizes?

Shipments smaller than 1 CBM (m³)

What is 1000 L / 1m3 and how big is this?
In shipping/logistics, 1000 L / 1 m³ / 1 cbm refers to the volume (i.e., size) of your shipment, only in two different units.

Meaning
- L = liter
- m³ = cubic meter (CBM)
And the conversion is:
- 1 m³/ 1CBM = 1000 liters
- 1000 liters = 1 cubic meter / 1 CBM
  
  If the volume of your shipment is less than 1000L, you can purchase it via the portal.
How do I calculate the volume for a sea freight shipment?

Our shipping calculator calculates this itself based on the dimensions of the package you entered.

. With sea freight, you often determine the costs based on volume (CBM / m³ / liter), i.e., how much space your shipment takes up.

The formula here is (in cm):

CBM = (Length × Width × Height) : 1,000,000

Example:

A package has LxWxH sides measuring 100 × 50 × 40 cm.
Then you do 100 x 50 x 40 = 200,000
Then divide 200,000 by 1,000,000 and the answer is = 0.20 CBM / 200 liters.

Do you have multiple items? Then: CBM per item × number of items.

1 CBM = 1 cubic meter = 1000 liters
That is a block measuring 100cm × 100cm × 100cm.
How do I calculate the volumetric weight for an air freight shipment?

With air freight, it's not just the weight, but also how large a package is. A large package takes up more space and therefore has a higher volume weight.

The price is calculated based on the highestweight (between actual weight or volumetric weight).

See the calculation;

Formula (in cm):
Volume weight (kg) = (height × width × depth) : 1,000 × 0.167

Example:
33 × 80 × 45 CM = 118,800
118,800 ÷ 1,000 × 0.167 = 19.8 kg

The shipment can be picked up from the agent at your destination. This will be announced as soon as your order is ready for collection. If you would like to know this in advance, please contact us.

If you have placed a large order via the quotation form, we can also arrange for the shipment to be delivered to your home. Please indicate this in the quotation form when submitting your request.
What goods cannot be shipped?
Not all products may be shipped or purchased through Shop Plus Ship B.V.. The following goods are not accepted:
- Live animals, plants, and flowers
- Products that spoil quickly
- Fireworks
- Illegal goods, such as weapons and drugs
- Goods that fall under the category of hazardous substances or dangerous goods
- Products eligible for exemption or excise duty.
In addition, there is a separate restriction for air freight:
Products such as power banks (batteries), products with rechargeable batteries,perfumes (EDT), and pressurized containers (aerosols) may not be transported by air. However, these items can be shipped via our sea freight services.
