Changed transit time for ocean freight to Aruba/Bonaire/Curaçao

Rotterdam, 12-03-2021.

Today we received the unpleasant news about delays at the two shipping lines with which our containers sail to Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao .
Due to over capacity of up to more than 50% due to the loss of a third shipping company that normally sails to the destinations, in the coming weeks containers may remain in port or less containers can be booked.
Because of this they expect at least 1-2 weeks delay per sailing in quarter 1 of 2023 + quarter 2 of 2023.
Normally transit time takes +/- 28 days provided the supplier delivers within 7 days. So this may take longer in the coming time.
Please keep this in mind for any shipments now underway or booked in the future.
